At The Elms at Falls Run, we understand that your furry friends are part of the family. Our pet-friendly community welcomes your four-legged companions with open paws, offering two spacious dog parks where they can run, play, and socialize. Dogs and their owners will enjoy our scenic three-acre wooded haven, and cats will love our sun filled apartment homes.

Pet Policy

We allow a maximum of two pets per apartment and have a weight limit of 100 pounds each. Specifics regarding your pet’s breed and weight, proof of rabies documentation from your veterinarian, and a photo of your pet will be required prior to move-in. A refundable $350 security deposit is due upon move-in, and monthly rent is $50 per pet, due at the beginning of each month.
